NEW CANDIDATES
To join the General Candidate Pool and be added to our database for future searches:
- Click on New Candidate Profile
- Complete ALL mandatory fields
- Click Browse and upload your Resume
(Documents must be in either MS Word and .pdf files ONLY)
- Click on SAVE
To apply for a position:
- Log in using your email and password you created above.
- Click Add Cover Letter
- Select the position you are interested in and click Browse.
- Select your Cover Letter from the list and click Upload
(MS Word and .pdf files ONLY)
- Verify your uploaded Resume and Cover Letter(s) are correct and viewable.
- Click on SAVE
RETURNING CANDIDATES
Update Candidate Profile:
Log-in anytime or as often as necessary to change and update your personal or professional information.
Click the link to update your Profile
- Log in using your email and password
- Update your information and click SAVE
Update Resume:
Click the link to update an existing Resume
- Log in using your email and password
- Delete Current Resume
- Check the box on far right
- Click on Delete
- Click on SAVE (to save your updates)
- Upload updated Resume
- Click SAVE
Add or Update a Cover Letter
Click the link to add a new Cover Letter for a position or change an existing Cover Letter
- Log in using your email and password
- Delete Cover Letter
- Check the box on far right
- Click on Delete
- Click on SAVE (to save your updates)
- Click on Add Cover Letter
- Select Position
- Click Browse
- Select and upload the updated Cover Letter
- Click on SAVE
